Is there a way you can do a full colon enema by yourself at home, and home much weight will you lose by doing it?

You really should have someone professional and well qualified to do that. A true colonic goes deep into your intestines and it can be dangerous if not done right. You can end up dehydrated and ill. It's worth your money to pay someone to do it for you.

I would ask my doctor. You don't want to do any harm to yourself.
