She will approach you eventually or have a conversation with her about being gay. Ask her if she's ever thought about being with another female. Depending on what she says, take it from there. That will be your que to ask her if she's attracted to you, tell her that people have told you that she's attracted to you but you didn't think so. Once you get that out in the open then you can react and take it from there.

sounds like this girl may be trying too hard to impress you. she wants to appear tough and independent. if you like her let her know and she will adjust her attitude and actions according to what you want from a girlfriend and who she really is.
