i wake up most nights to go to the toilet but when i get back in bed i start to get bad pain in my right kidney area. first of all i thought that it was probably my back or my matress although i sometimes dont wake with the pain and it starts when i lie back down and no position will ease it. The ache seems to go away when i get up and start moving around although i can slightly feel it during the day........does this seem like the symptoms to anything??

You might have a kidney infection or it might just be a strained back muscle since it seems to go away during the day as you move around. You should call your doctor for a diagnosis. This site is also helpful... you might want to search here too. http://health.divinfo.com/
