Don't drink as much. Simple as that. Limit yourself to a couple of drinks per week (if that's even necessary) or just give up alcohol for a while. Once you start drinking again, you'll see that your tolerance level will have lowered.

I think the only thing that can lower it is to just not do it for a good while. Then when you start back don't go over 3 drinks. How long it takes to go down depends on how heavily you drink right now.

Cut back on your drinking for a while. If you're wanting to lower your tolerance, are you wanting to quit drinking? I think you know what you want to do, just do it. There's nothing wrong with not drinking.

Buy a keg of beer and a funnel, drink the whole keg as fast as you can. You wont want to drink again, for a long time after that. This will lower your alcohol tolerance.

Go a long time without drinking or just don't eat a lot before going out. Drink fast as well, the faster it reaches your stomach the faster it kicks in.

Lose weight and tone up. The lower your "fat to lean body mass index" the faster you metabolize . Which will get you drunk faster.
