What you are using probably contains alcohol or petroleum products and will actually dry you out more so you have to use more. It's a good marketing gimmick. I would recommend the body moisturizing creme concentrate from Bee-Luscious at www.beeroyalproducts.com. I contains no alcohol or petroleum products and will make your skin feel and look velvety smooth. It is the BOMB. It is a concentrate too so a little bit goes a long way.

Buy some Suave Skin Therapy Natural Oatmeal lotion, it is cheap and works wonderfully!!! Your skin will feel and look soft for hours. It comes in a white bottle that says moisturizes to relieve & protect, lasts 24 hours, fights the cycle of dryness, try some... you will love it!

It is really important that you exfoliate. Get a bufpuf and scrub down in the shower. Be Gentle, please. Use a soapless cleanser such as Cetaphil or generic knock-offs. They apply olive oil to still wet skin. Pat dry. Then use lotion on still moist skin.
