Yes- this is great, although I don't typically measure my ingredients.

1 bag Baby Spinach - wilted in pan with a touch of water, salt and pepper. Drain the spinach completely and chop it up and let cool.

Combine 1 container sour cream (I use low fat) and 1 room temperature softened cream cheese. Add 1 tbs chopped roasted garlic (from a jar), 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper and 1/2 cup chopped purple onion. Mix ingredients to somewhat incorporate and then mix in the spinach at the end so you don't break it down to much.

I've had people who hate spinach dip ask me to make it again for them.

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, UNDRAINED
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 block cream cheese
1 bag grated italian cheese blend

start by defrosting your spinach in the microwave. once defrosted, drain water by squeezing handfuls of the spinach over a collander. put the spinach aside in a bowl. chop the artichokes in dices, reserving the liquid and add to spinach mixture.
cube the cream cheese and put in a sauce pan on the stove to begin melting over medium heat. add spinach and artichokes with juice to pan and slowly begin adding grated cheese to mixture until all are incorporated together.
Serve and enjoy!
