I think it is whenever you feel ready and comfortable, since you waited for 4 days already and you feel you want to call her than you should go ahead and call her. I also think you should chat on the phone for a while too before you meet, that’s after if everything worked out on the phone of course.

i think you have waited long enough...three day rule...if you like someone you call them within three days of asking for their number...usually after three days and no call i think the guy isn't interested and isn't going to call
