allow her to address her feelings...she is going to need to know she can talk to you because if she is gay then there are going to be other obstacles.

i have a young cousin that recently 'came out' after she pursued her best friend (who was straight and not interested in a romantic relationship with her) and she not only had to deal with coming to the realization that she was gay but also her first heartbreak...and it was very difficult...

Wow! Hard one. I'm thinking this needs a direct confrontation. There is a loving way to confront someone.

1. Affirm the relationship - Let her know you love her no matter what she does or choses to do.
2. Discuss the issue - Really listen to what she's saying and let her know how you feel about it.
3. Discuss solutions - If it were me, she wouldn't be allowed to date women in that way, but she will do it behind your back if you simply refuse her.
4. Discuss satisfactory solution - Be sure she's content with your decisions and if she has any questions.
5. Reconfirm the relationship - You love her more now than ever.

I think the results of letting her would be ultimately more favorable for both of you than would not letting her. If she is going to identify as a lesbian someday, she'll probably do it whether you want to exercise control over that aspect of her life or not. The only difference would be the strength and closeness of your relationship with her.

Well I'll admit that's a first. But at least your daughter tells you about her sexuality, and whom she wants to date, and feels confident enough to share such a personal, controversal thing with you. I think that you should allow it with limits, and as long as you have an open relationship with her, things obviously cannot go wrong.

Depending on whether you want to raise ur daughter to be a lesbian and promote her behaviour , or try to convince her that its not the way to go .
Girls get to a certain phase about being sexually attracted towards other girls. but it might not be a phase for her .

You should be happy that she's being honest with you- and it seems that you have a great realtionship with your daughter because she's willing to open up to you. She's just figuring out who she is, you should let her date who she wants- just be supportive of her and love her for who she is, not who she dates.

It all depends on her age if she is over like 16 then just tell her you support her. If she is under 16 then I dont know that is a touchy situation

I admire your openess here. There are so many questions though.
Is she at the right age to decide that ? Does she have lesbian tendencies ?
I woul advise you to go ahead with caution. Explain all the pros and cons to her .

Well I don't think it's if you should or shouldn't let her, if she really wants too I think she is going to no matter what. That's just the they are! Just support her. Be there for her.

I believe it is a sin no matter her age and no matter what. I would sit her down and show her what the bible says and help her understand that it is not right.
