Sparkpeople.com has some good diet recommendations. I also like the diet plan from Quaker oatmeal. The link is below. I am currently doing their 1500 calorie meal plan.

www.sparkpeople.com this is the best website! it helps you keep track of calories, and lets you know how many calories you should burn in your workout. It also lets you set out a week of meals. The food is amazing and it very easy to make. There is also lots of other people who are on this website. Talk to them and hear success stories and talk to people who are on the weight lost journey. I am a member and love it!
