need to lose a fair amount off weight, would eating the same (but not as much junk) and ALOT more exercise help or not?

Whatever reduces the amount of unused calories in your body will work. So exercise alone OR restricted intake alone OR both together will all work, but doing BOTH will be faster and healthier overall for you, as it won't wreak havoc on your metabolism.

If you intake less then what you are intaking now and adding exercise of course it is going to make a difference. Eat what you want, its all portion control, don't eat a huge plate of food just eat a small plate of food, don't eat after 7pm and get in at least 45 mins. of exercise everyday, it could be fast walking, or doing different cardio exercising at your house in front of the tv.

it should help, yes. try cutting out about 300-500 calories each day from your normal intake.

excersise, and dont eat junk.. i have another method... but you wouldnt want to do it.
