Well most of the time if a girl says that's either she has someone else in mind or she doesn't want to hurt you! Or i could be completely wrong!! she may just need some time before she wants to date! Was she in a serious relationship?? well good luck! ♥

Sometimes it is an I'll think about it. I have said that before and I have ended up saying yes and no (to different guys of course) But it is something we say when we are not sure if we want to start something (like fresh out of a relationship or like that) or we just might not want to get attatched (have a wild time and go on dates with a couple of different guys) It just all depends on the situation

give her space, just keep things normal and move on. DON'T pressure her or give her presents/gifts during this period.
don't talk to her unless completely necessary, cut the conversation short, and don't suffocate her.
she'll always be thinking about you, and if you did the above things carefully, she'll try to initiate connection back with you. don't pressure her or talk about your previous request, have a fun attitude, be interesting and leave cheerfully with a high note.
by now, look at her response and if things seems ok, and it seems like she's actually interested in you, then ask her out again and see what happens.. :)
important point: NEVER EVER PRESSURE HER IN THIS EARLY STAGE.

Hello there, i think that she is either shy or she never had a boyfriend before and feels nervous. I think that this person should give her some time. Maybe she just broke up with someone else and needs to think about having a new relationship.

its their way of saying no becasue girls are gay and dont speak the way men do its an entirely different world but the best way for that someone to get that girl is just to say alright thats cool think about it i know we'd have fun together and then go hit on another girl so that feels a challenge

It could be either. Maybe she's on the fence. Maybe she not into the whole commitment thing. Maybe she has other people she is considering. She could just not want to hurt ur feelings. It really depends on the girls situation.

It could go either way. She probably never thought of dating the person so doesn't know how to respond. Or it very well be a no and she just doesn't know how to tell them without crushing them.
