Angel of death - not everyone believes in this therefore, not a likely candidate. Also, the Angel of Death favors living things while an arrow does not discriminate and destroy pretty much whatever it'd like.
Bird flu - Same deal. Detroys the living... nont the inanimate.
Virus & Bacteria - Same as the above.
Remember: "...detroying ALL things." Not just living things.
