Boy you guys don't think very clearly do you? If you break up on or before a holiday, there is likely to be no coochie.
Pick a Wednesday or Thursday, this way you can be ready for the weekend to get back in the hunt for new coochie. This way you will set-up by the next holiday.

I think that if you want to break up, you've made up your mind about this and the relationship is over, just do this as soon as you can, so she can move on and find someone else.
Be polite, apologetic and say that it's not working out, you're sorry, you wish her the best, be prepared for tears, be kind, and go on your way.

Avoid any holidays. A Friday night is the best time to do it. That way she has the whole weekend to recover from the breakup before returning to work or school.

On Valentines day because that is the day that they are expecting something very special and romantic and there is No point of spending your money on something that you dont even want to happen RIGHT?

you break up with her face to face on what ever day you next see her and let her know why you are doing so.

wow definetly not on valentines day that is harsh! i dont suggest holidays cause that could really cause a big retaliation. however there really isnt gonna be a great time to do it especially if she really really likes you alot.
