He's in some of my classes and he sometimes stares at me, and he was kinda mad when his friend talked to me. i really have no clue and i don't know if he likes me. but i think i kinda like him. but i'm not the type of girl that would make the first move.

I think he does, maybe you can have one of your friends ask for you but don't let him know that you wanna know and if he tells your friend yes then maybe you should just go ahead and ask him out cause maybe hes not goin to cause he is either scared or shy to or he thinks that you dont like him.....
