I have heard that Protestants dislike Catholics, and this religion dislikes another religion. I am Catholic, and have many friends of different denominations. I don't dislike any of them.
If a Protestant, or any other religious persuasion dislike any other religion, it is most likely a personal reason and not a spiritual one. Does anyone really think they are so much more better and religious than other religions? Well maybe some people!

Since the days of Martin Luther and the Reformation from the Catholic church It was not the Protestant people who were angry, but the Catholics disliked the Lutherans for the separation. They disliked the Lutherans for being strong believers and followers of Martin Luther. If you go and do some research in the books of Martin Luther, you can find all types of information. Look for the Reformation of Martin Luther.

Most protestants might not even know very much about "Catholicism' and wrongly assume 'they' are all the same. It's not the people, it's 'they system'..If Cathlics want to be in bondage to a man - made belief system, built around Christ rather than in him and be dependant on men who take on the title of God and assume they are actually eating the flesh of Christ in the bread and wine and think that confessing to a Ppoe or other man made appointed individually their sins as opposed to The Father Himself (as we now in Christ can boldly approach the throne) and rely on writings upon writings that contradict Truth, they can have at it...though heaven;s to betsy who knows why..none of it is scriptural, but what matters is if God Sees the Blood of Christ's Atoning Sacrifice over our soul in Spirit and in Truth or not.. in the end, that is what will matter, not what church one goes to..(unless you're Catholic, they'll insist you must go to the one true church or end up in hell..)..which is another false teaching and purgatory they hold on to. Oy..

Most religions hate Catholics for one reason really. The Catholic faith has it legally appointed that they are the TRUE and ONLY RIGHT religion. We are taught young to dislike and not accept people of other faiths because of this.

I think its wrong but hey what do I know....Bad catholic...SHHHHH!
