Queretaro, Metepec, Chilpancingo and Culiacan are names from cities in Mexico and in this frase are used like "albur" (slums phrase).
Each city name has equivalent for a spanish correct word:
Queretaro = quiero = want
Metepec = meter = put
Chilpancingo = chile = peni.s
Culiacan = cul.o = a.ss
Then:
Yo quiero meter mi chile en tu cul.o
I want put my peni.s in your a.ss
