I cant scan whit hp?

ok i tried to scan but no nothing works any suggestions

Make SURE Scanner is TURNED ON
Install drivers
Make SURE cable is plugged in at BOTH ends
Try replacing cable

Well, without more details, such as Make, Model and OS.......
Try the following.....

1: Make SURE Scanner is TURNED ON\Plugged into outlet
2: Install drivers
3: Make SURE cable is plugged in at BOTH ends
4: Try replacing cable
