Being a single guy I know several, but my favorite is to pick up a package if Dirty Rice mix follow the directions except add slices of Polska Kielbasa it takes like 15 mins if that and most the time is spent waiting for the water to boil ! ( lol ) It tastes great and sticks to your ribs quite well, everyone I ever served it to loved it!

Awesome question and I'm definitely going to use some of the recipes you got as answers. I have a great no-boil ziti recipe that the kids love. It only takes 5 minutes to throw the ingredients together and an hour to bake. I know this won't help you for workdays when you need to eat immediately (unless there is someone who could throw it in the oven for you at 5:30 or if your oven has a delayed-start feature) but it could be great for busy weekends. Prep Time: 5 minutes Bake Time: 60 minutes Serves: 8 1 26 oz jar pasta sauce 1 1/2 cups water 15 oz ricotta 1/4 cup grated parmesan 2 cups shredded mozzerella 8 oz uncooked ziti Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine sauce and water. Stir in ricotta, parmesan, and 1 cup mozzerella. Add uncooked ziti. Spoon ziti mixture into 13x9" baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 55 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozzerella. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

There is a great way to have several nice chicken dishes and they use one pan.Buy youself some chicken cuts or breast or whatever and there are a few simple sauces that you cook in the same pan as the chook after you have cooked the chook.here is one of them. Get a non stick fry pan throw in a dash of olive oil and brown the chook, take the chook out of the pan and put in the oven on a low heat.you should have a fair bit of pan drippings left in the pan to this add a jar of medium salsa and one third cup of water and simmer until reduced by half.pour over chook and garnish with sliced avocado and sour cream serve with a green salad.Looks great tastes great and BF has one pan to wash.Hope this helps.

Casseroles are great, because you can toss everything in one dish and throw it in the oven. If you are okay with leftovers, store the remaining casserole in its dish, and your BF won't have to clean the dish until you eat all of the casserole.

Chicken & Rice is a classic, you can often find the recipe on Campbell's Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken labels.

The following is a quick meal with an easy cleanup:
Try grilling chicken in a skillet, then transfer it to a casserole dish. Cover it first with a pasta sauce (red, white, or pesto) and then with the cheese of your choice. Pop it in the oven at 350^ until the chicken is no longer pink and the cheese is melted.

If you line the pan with foil, all your BF has to do is clean the skillet while the food's in the oven, and dispose of the foil and simply clean the dish.

If you like fish, thaw tilapia or salmon filets in hot water. Place them on foil and top with lemon pepper, or any other spices you may like. Salsa and cheese, pesto, or diced tomatoes work as well. Stick the fish in the oven on broil for a few minutes, until the fish is springy to the touch. Serve with rice you can easily make in the rice cooker.

Good luck to you, and I hope this helps! :)

This is one of my families fav. and simple and very good.
Chicken Roll-ups
2 tubes crescent rolls
1 can of chicken (14 oz.) or cooked chicken would work too
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Preheat oven to 350. Mix chicken and cheese together. Unroll crescent rolls and put about 2 tblsp. (or alittle more) inside and roll up the sides to make a ball. Lay on a greased baking dish (9x13) Bake for 25-min. or until golden brown Warm up soup in microwave and pour over the top. You really got to try this.
I'm sure you will love it!

Chicken Tortillas
Cook Chicken with taco seasoning and make a tortilla shell.
Add Onions, Avacado's, chicken, tomatoes, then sprinkle sea salt over it and lime juice from a key lime. Yummy!

How about finding some really good soup or casserole recipes. Usually these can be made in one dish. You could serve a salad and some bread (like a loaf of french bread from the bakery) along side. Try taking a look at allrecipes.com. I have found a couple of really good soup recipes that are easy to make...like Italian Wedding, or Chicken Tortilla.

Cooked Chicken, chopped
Shredded Cheese
Pilsbury Crescent Rolls
Cream of Brocoli Soup or Cream of Chicken

Roll chicken and cheese into crescent rolls, bake as directed. Heat soup, and pour over top as a sauce. It is so easy and tastes really good too!!!

Chicken or Beef Fajitas
You can buy them in the frozen food section and they have everything you need in the bag. Plus, it only take one pot to make.

Enchiladas
Get a can of enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, tortillas. Mix most of sauce and cheese together. Spoon into Tortillas. Put into 8x8 pan, and cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until bubbly and cheese on top is melted. If you have left over chicken or ground beef for the night before, you can mix that into it too.
