Hello!

I think that is easier to gain weight than lose it because our bodies are programmed to do so. This stems from our genes. Our ancestors, who had to hunt and gather for food, would gain weight so they could survive through the winter, when food was scarce. They also had to reserve enough energy to be able to hunt and do everything else manually. Today, food is plentiful year-round, and machines do most of the work, but our genes have not adapted to this modern lifestyle. Thus, we have to work hard to actually go against nature. That is not an easy task.

firstly you should not be fixated with weight loss.
my reason is muscle weighs more than fat.
i.e 200g of fat reserves would weigh more than 200g of dense muscle tissue.
the best approach for the aesthetically pleasing look would be a balanced diet-good wholesome foods that can be eaten all the time.
if you also exercises the fat density would decrease and you physical condition (the whole product would be better) however you may not be lighter. yet you may look that you are in better shape.
crash weight loss is always a case of fighting a losing battle the best thing is sensible eating this is a slow process (weight losing wise) however it will also mean that your weight will not go straight back on and it will be a longer term end-state.

I hope this helps-ish...........

because in the modern world, most of us sit on our butts all day. we have office jobs, and we drive everywhere. It's not like the old times when people had to hunt for their food...well not to go even that far back, people used to walk and do physical work a lot more. These days, machines do all the work. Now, we have to do brain work all day, and take in calories because we are bored, then at the end, we need to take extra time to go to the freaking gym... all right, I'm gonna shut up now

that's lack of information. a lot of human beings think of that simply by fact they have a solid physique, anybody might desire to have a super physique to boot yet it rather is many times not the case. human beings are slender-minded and thoughtless for others. To be honest while i grew to become into 9-10 I consistently theory obese human beings have been humorous and that i presumed why would be unable to they only lose the burden. even nevertheless from own journey while i grew to become into 12-14 years previous i grew to become into very obese and it grew to become into in basic terms then as quickly as I realised what an asshole i grew to become into and how lots harder it definitely is. even nevertheless by difficult artwork and backbone, I have been given into the final shape of my existence and play varsity point activities at my college (i'm sixteen now)

its different for different people. i eat all the time and i want to gain weight, but i stay the same. just try to manage your diet and exercise a few days a week. when you hit your target you should still keep eating healthy and working out a day or two a week. that way if your weight starts to creep up again you can just add another day of working out and eating right.

Strange, I have the opposite.

I can eat as much as I can stuff in my stomach and my weight hardly increasesand I get no muscle.

But If I go back to eating normally then my jeans are falling down by the end of the week.

It's easy to gain weight if you don't want to, when you want to gain weight if you are naturally slim, it's just as difficult as the other way around!
