Yes! I researched this for my dad with natural healing books and I couldn't tell you exactly what vitamins they were and the amounts 'cause it was like 2 years ago but Centrum multi vitamins contained all of them. A psychiatrist told me to count backwards from 100 subtracting 3 or 7 or something not so easy. Mental exercises should be good because I heard your brain is a muscle and it needs to be exercised like any other muscle in your body.

Gingko Biloba is supposed to help your memory. Also, doing things that keep your mind stimulated- such as crossword puzzles, answering and asking questions on here teaches you new things every day.

They say to do puzzles to improve your memory I know that it will help you to see patterns I have been trying but stress effects your memory
