Cancun, Mexico has a lot of clubs, night spots all in one area, OK beaches. Antigua has great beaches and is very safe. Jamaica is nice. I've been to Montigo Bay and saw a lot in organized tours (on my first visit, river dugout canoe trip, beach luau). Dunn's River Falls not far from Montigo Bay was fun (you walk up a beautiful water fall). On other trips I've been to Kingston. Dominican Republic has nice beaches and some really good prices (I've been to Sousa in the north and Punta Cana in the East). St. Maartin has nice beaches. Most every where you can do water sports: para-sailing, snorkeling, scuba, jet skiing, etc. Advantage to cruises is that you get to sample several islands, can participate in trips to explore the islands and have lots of activities on the ship between stops.

I've travelled only to Barbados. I believe there are some clubs that's "all ages" sort of thing, I know this because I have friends under the age of 18, and they've gone clubbing and had blasts. Unfortunately, I've never visited Jamaica nor Aruba. I suggest you visit Barbados -- a beautiful country. Great people. Cruises, for me, aren't any better because you don't always set foot to tour the whole island. Barbados have beautiful beaches -- Try Entreprise/Maxwell. Accra. Rockley, etc..
I've been there 4 times, and next week will be my 5th!
Hope my suggestion helps.
Oh, speaking of Barbados, I do know a place where you can call for a cheapest guesthouse if you're on budget. Try Pegwell Inn Guest House.. It was the cheapest I found for my first stay in late 2004. :) The lady is wonderful, her name is Rosemary. It's located in Welches, Oistins, Christ Church.. About 15-20 minutes from the airport. In that area, you can go walking distance -- to the plaza which's across the street. and a bit further but not too far, a post office, beaches, fast food restaurants & stuff.

Curacao is right next to Aruba (just a few miles off the coast of Venezuela), and offers pretty much everything Aruba has, plus more. The beaches are waay more beautiful, there are lot's more activities and atractions.
If you go there, these are a few things worth seeing.
- The KUra Hulanda Museum and Hotel
