Your about Buster? Did you ask the kids? I'm sure they would have some creative ideas. Maybe make a contest with their classroom teachers.
Creative writing assignments are always better if they are personal. How about a show and tell? If not email me a picture and my second graders will take a look and offer ideas.

Hi!! I like Brinkley and Never heard it before!! Have 2 parrots and 4 dogs!! Parrot is named Riley but don't want to have him (?)sexed. You like the kind of names I love but You get to use them all because you have Males!! I stick to females so the names are not as cool. For my brain's limits anyway. There are numerous pet name lists on Yahoo or Google Search, but I used it to check my own favorite ideas against the numbers and then maybe call your Vet's receptionist (if she/he is nice) and have them put it in the computer and see how many others have that name!! From the ones you mentioned though I doubt you need to do that. Love those names you picked!! You do fine!! Gonna wait and see what comes by!! Brinkley the Cocker Spaniel yeah, I like it!! @8-)

How old are your kids? I think it would be fun if you let the kids name
her, with your approval of course. With 3 kids, they might fight, so you could have a suggestion box, and they could write down names they like, and you can pick your favorite, or you can all vote on your top two or three. If your kids aren't old enough to write, you can help them.
