Get a can of compressed air. Turn your computer off and disconnect the keyboard. Take the keyboard outside - or somewhere that you don't mind cat hair flying around. Turn the keyboard upside down and use the can of compressed air to flush the cat hairs out. You may also want to follow up with a vacuum cleaner hose/brush.

We use a Swiffer Duster. Works great.
