Tell me ways please I have alot of time probally 2 loss pounds in a weak but need ways help please!

The recommended plan for HEALTHY weight loss is to subtract a total of 500 calories per day through a combination of diet and physical activity (500 calories X 7 days = 3500 calories or 1 pound). An average weight loss of 1-2 pound per week is considered safe and has been proven that people who lose at a gradual weight are more likely to keeep it off. I would suggest that you determine how many calories your currently eating..go to www.fitday.com and you can enter your food intake. Do this for about a week and come up with your average. Then go to www.mypyramid.gov to find a calorie plan that's 500 calories below what you're eating and follow that. You should also begin to be more physically active (if approved by your doctor). Even using a pedometer to track your steps (2000 steps usually equals one mile)...or aim for 20 minutes to start out with 3 days a week and then build up to 45 minutes 5 days a week. These are general guidelines, if you have any chronic conditions you should seek the advise of a registered dietitian in person (go to www.eatright.org to find a qualified dietitian). Also, you should not cut your calories below 1500 per day without medical supervision.

I am considering following the program for the Weightless Cure.
This programs grantees that you will change your whole system
And you will eliminate the abnormal fat stored in the abnormal fatty reserves.
They claim that when you are done with the program you will be like those people we all envy who seem to be able to eat whatever they want and never gain a pound.
I am trying to get my question answered about the book to see if anyone has read it and can testify.. but no one has responded

I totally agree with Amanda S.

I've lost 12 pounds since Thanksgiving by generally watching what I eat and working out two to 3 times per week. I count calories and make sure I eat 1200 calories (some days I go over, but try to make that my general rule).

I try to avoid added sugar or added fat items. And I push 4 Aquafina water bottles to drink per day.

I myself lost 18 lbs in 2 mos. My bf got really bad acid reflux and now I cook for him following gurd-friendly recipes, we don't really eat out and we haven't changed anything else in our life styles and we just started to lose weight. The recipes aren't that bad, actually pretty good and it made me feel better that I was eating things that are supposed to be in my body, not junk. You should try it!

make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving
