I be shot 3 time, and think I might be suffer from blood loss.

you would feel dizzy and sick as your blood pressure would be low your haemaglobin which carries oxygen around the body on testing so therefore you may also feel breathless

well, if you see alot of red fluid leaking out, then it is a problem.
