genraly gernator speed is 1500 run per minet.but i want to now that how can we make electric with low rotation gernator

Yes you can but the it will not be as efficient as the higher RPM model. The voltage is proportional to the RPM so running slowly will give you a lower voltage unless you put in more windings, which will increase the resistance, etc. If you have a slowly rotating shaft and want to connect a generator, you would be better to use gears to increase the speed of the generator to a more normal 1500 - 1800 RPM.

You can have generators that turn on fewer RPM's of course. You'd probably need to increase the magnet size or the turns in your coils to get some efficiency back.
