Good Morning - Sabah Al Kheyr (said how it's spelt)

Goodbye - Ma'a Salama (salama is also said how it's spelt, ma'a is a little harder to say - the 'a' is a forced 'a' coming from the throat, it's quite hard for some one who isn't arabic to say it but people will understand you anyway even if you can't make that sound. Just say: 'Ma-ah' instead if you cannot pronounce it properly)

(ع) English may pronounce it as vowels, though it's a consonant acually. It comes from the glot (ie. the place were the glotal stop is made by you, it is in the throught and the same place where you say vowels). I know how to pronounse it but unfortunetly, I can't describe it.

N.B.: This is the Egyptian dialect, spoken in North Egypt. In south Egypt, Saidi is spoken, but I think some Egyptian Speakers say Saidi Speakers are stupid when they tell jocks.
