I don't have industials but have more than my share of ink & holes Happy b-day BTW! You didn't say where the piercing is or I might be able to give you more advice! I never heard of H2OCEAN spray! I don't know you, just things to think about; can you be fooling around with it too much, if it's still swollen a week later that sounds like what it maybe! Clean it once today, don't move the barbell, use a Q-tip, and let it go! Also if it's ya ear that was pierced are you laying on it in bed? I'd clean it 2'ce a day morning and night and LEAVE IT ALONE, by playing with it you ain't helping it heal!

Usually, with industrials, swelling is very common, but not always necessary. I prefer to pierce industrials and orbitals with two separate pieces of jewelry because it reduces pressure put on the piercings. The separate jewelry will reduce swelling, general discomfort and make healing much easier to deal with and even shorter. Not only that, but it can reduce the chance of developing hypertrophic scarring.
H2Ocean can be pricey. Making your own sea salt soak will work just fine, and yes, you can put it in a spray bottle and get the same effect. Use 1/4 teaspoon of NON iodized organic sea salt per cup or warm, distilled water. Usually for the first 2-3 months, you clean the piercing twice daily with mild antibacterial or antimicrobial soap, removing any crust with a disposable q-tip. And use the sea salt soak every other day. After 3ish months, reduce cleaning to daily if you have not done so already.
Over cleaning is often noted as redness and dry, irritated or cracked skin near the piercing. Usually you'll know if you are over or under cleaning. But your piercer should have better explained cleaning procedures. If the piercing does get dry, reduce cleaning to once daily and do shorter sea salt soaks or less frequently.
You can move the barbell, but be sure there is not build up and crust on the bar when you do. If there is crust, soak your ear and remove the crust with a q-tip. Pulling the crust into the piercing can tear the inside (known as the fistula) and can even cause irritation and infection.
Healing time for cartilage piercings is about 6 months, but can be longer for some people. Patience is needed during this time and its important to take care of your piercings.
If you have questions and concerns, always ask your piercer and if they don't answer your questions or provide you with an after care instruction sheet, you should ask for it or find a new piercer.

I got my rook pierced and my best friend got an industrial and her's was swollen for about a month-and-a-half. She didn't take very good care of it and they get infected easily so be careful and clean it at least three times a day.
You can soak the area around the piercing with a cloth soaked in warm sea salt water; that helped me a lot!

There's no point buying any pre-made solution; salt water works perfectly.
Simply heat up some water to as hot as you can stand it, add some salt (so it's really rather salty... You can't add too much salt so don't worry about that one!)... Simply soak some cotton wool in it and hold it against the piercing until the water cools.
This will reduce swelling and draw out any impurities in the hole.
To reach tricky places, use a Q-Tip/cotton wool bud soaked in the same solution and clean it.
I'd also recommend not getting this piercing done with one piece of jewellery; it will heal better with 2 seperate ones in. You can change to the long two-in-one bar once they've both healed.
The general healing-time for cartialege piercings is anywhere from around a month. The blood supply to these areas isn't as high as other places on the body and, as such, can take longer to heal.
Try not to knock them about too much and cover them up when using hair spray/other products that may come in contact.
Clean it once in the morning and then again at around midday and then before going to bed. Don't over-clean them, as this can prevent healing and dry out the surrounding area.

Hi there,
There are many natural ways to cure premature ejaculation. A proven natural method can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.
Good Bye

its not infected i got mine in july of last year and i still find mine flares up a bit after sleeping on it or changing the bar its fine just part of the healing process. when i first got mine it was swollen for a good month. i found cutting back the cleaning to 2 times a day helped a bit, cause the less you touch it and irritate it the less it will swell.

In most men, premature ejaculation occurs infrequently and isn't usually a cause for worry. However, if it occurs too often and ends up plaguing your sex life, it can very well be a cause for concern. Techniques to delay premature ejaculation https://tr.im/TuDMK
Studies have shown that premature ejaculation has a direct relationship with age. As men grow older and testosterone levels drop with age, premature ejaculation most likely sets in.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/770b8
