Locate a "singles" event near you. Some play pool, cards, speed date, or talk about your rotten ex's, to name a few things. You'll find that lot of people have a lot in common, and it can be fun.

Take it as they weren't the One anyway and they weren't worth your time. If you were the one to do the break then you should feel relief. Do something that makes you feel good about yourself. Go shopping, buy some make up, start thinking about the next person who you are interested in

Keep yourself busy: Learn a new language; learn to knit or crochet; and pray to the Lord. The guy will either take you back or you'll find someone else in the near future. Trust me it works.

This may be bad advise but usually you get a rebound and just party! That's what I did all the time before I got married!! so good luck with it, just don't sit around thinking about it and getting your self down that doesn't help you any.

Do something good for yourself. a girl's night, spa day....something that will take your mind off of things. For me the worst thing is to mope over it because sometimes that makes you feel worse.

ice cream does not work! go out with friends for the day. enjoy a day at the spa. get your hair, and nails done and then go out with your girls.
