Your dreams can be influenced by many things. eg,personal thoughts or seeing something on the tv. you have just interpreted them and are vetting your thoughts through your dreams. Dont take them too seriously.

you are witnessing someone else.
You are not depressed.

This is a vision or a warning. No a REAL death is not happening a huge change is occurring.

Do you know a person that:
Is someone you know dating someone wrong?
Is someone acting up and is going to loose a marriage or job?
is someone spending too much money?
is someone drink too much or not eat enough?

Normally that's what I can pinpoint with a jump off a high point as a suicide or self destruction dream. You know someone that is that person.

All dreams are medaphors most times- unless you have "clear" dreams. I have both. I write them down, each night there is more detail.
Hope that helped

I had the same sort of... upsetting NIGHTMARE.
Only I knew who it was falling...down.

This person was on top of a tower block, playing a game.
Suddenly they fell off!
I was too far away - I could only stand there & watch...
There was nothing I could do to help.

I took the nightmare to mean:

I knew the person I loved was heading in the wrong direction & I couldn't save them.
It was a warning- sort of a premonition, that was saying to me not to join them & get ready emotionally for the tragedy.

Love's Tough sometimes.

That person jumping could be representing you. You know if you're depressed or not. If this dream repeats itself, you may want to evaluate your mental state. If you're unmotivated, tired, sad, suicidal, isolated, you may need to see a Psychologist, for exploring your thoughts and dreams, and to be put on antidepressants. Good luck!

no, you are not. it's becuase your watching someone else do it. if u figure out it's you jumoing off the building, thts a different story. But to get rid of the dreams, think bad thoughts before you go to bed. If you think of bad things b4 bed, you get good dreams or vise versa. If this dosen't help, get a dream catcher.
