Actually, many of them are very insecure in their beliefs, and are hoping that you will either agree with them, or be converted to their way of thinking. That way they feel validated for their beliefs.
The ones who are most secure in their beliefs and faith DON'T go around talking about it to others. They "keep the faith" as it were, in their hearts. For them, God knows of their faith, and that's all that matters.

Now SPIRITUAL people (rarely are they religious) will share themselves with you and not their religious crap and will allow you to share as well.
