The migraine question is a tough one. It depends on what causes yours. Imatrex works for some people. There is NO over the counter med to really help. Personally, I have to go to the ER cuz mine are actually cluster headaches (multiple migraines going off at the same time)
For heartburn, use Pepcid
For gas, GasX

Migraines need to be diagnosed and addressed by a doctor, preferably a neurologist. There are several daily medications that can be taken to help prevent migraines if you are getting them frequently, or there are prescription drugs like Imitrex, Axert, etc. to stop them once you get one.
If it is not too severe, an icepack on the temples and Excedrin MAY help, if you catch it early enough.
