Need help! How do i disable my anti-virus(es) temporarily???

I have 2 anti-viruses (AVG and NTL Safeguard) and i need to disable both of them temporarily in order to set up my printer. (and consequently, how do i enable them again?)

Follow that .. choose start then run then type msconfig , and choose service u gonna see all programs running uncheck on the anitivirus u dont want it to run and click ok .. then restart the computer , if u want to re activate it do all over again by checking it this time

Usually you can disable them by right clicking on the icon in the taskbar. It should give you an option to disable that specific anti virus program
