Perfect! Eat Nutrilite Protein Bars--they're made from 100% organic modified soy and won't upset a lactose intolerant person. They also taste incredibly good--better than anything on the supermarket.

Available exclusively through www.Quixtar.com

Nutrilite also has Protein Powder, Chewable Protein, and Protein Drink Mix, but you may want to check the label to make sure whether they contain milk. But fear not, Quixtar comes with a 90 day money back guarantee so if for any reason the product's not right for you, just ship it back and you'll get a full refund.

Chicken or turkey - both are a great source of protein.

Unless you're an olympic-class athlete, you don't need 95% of all those supplements. Just eat a healthy diet, exercise, don't smoke, maybe take a multi-vitamin if you want, and you'll do fine.

I take "trim advantage" protein bars. They have 23grams of protein per bar and come in several wonderful flavours. You can get them from www.jewel.mychoices.biz -- (the site's a little akward to navigate, so I suggest using the search field).
