Welcome to my world !!!! I do alot of lunges, squats, thigh aductors ( inner and outer thigh ) it only seems to make them bulge more ( from the muscle underneath the fat ) Short of starving my self down to a unhealthy weight ( so the fat on my thighs finally goes away....its the first place I gain and last place I lose ) I dont think there is much you can do......for most of us its genetic. I SOOOOO wish I could afford LIPO !!!

Well besides working out on your period just run, do squats, and some resistance training those should help if you cant think of ways to do it then ask a personal trainer get a session which may cost a pretty penny or not and get them to help format a workout/ eating program for you and you can ask about target problem areas such as your thighs

Running and jogging are great exercises to help you burn off fat from your thighs. Try to run or jog for atleast 30 minutes a day. I've been running 3 miles 4-5 times a week and my legs feel a lot leaner and firmer. Good luck!

you should try isagenix. isagenix is a great product. it helps you lose weight fast and safely. check it out at --1succes.isagenix.com-- you can buy it at retail price or sign up as an associate and get it a lot cheaper at wholesale price. it works so well that it was even on the news! (the news clip is on the site) ... and most importantly, it offers a 100% money back gaurantee (which you most likely won't need) check it out and contact me at --isagenix.succes@hotmail.com-- .... the reason I tell everyone about this is because i've used it myself, and nothing has ever worked better.

My aunt is like that. It's called being "pear" shaped. There is no really perfect workout you can do to lose it, but i recommend you do that Pilates workout with the rubber ring you can put around yourself and lose the weight.

You cannot "spot-reduce," you will have to lose weight overall in order to lose weight in your thighs. So do lots of cardio, dance, jog, run, etc...

I have the same thing! I try to just firm up my thighs, so at least they're muscular.
