Moses wrote the first five books of the Old Testament given and inspired by God. Jesus did not write any of the books of the Bible - His disciples did, as eye witnesses. Every book in the Bible was Divinely inspired and God-breathed.

When u give your heart to God, the Holy spirit enters u. The Holy Spirit can be thought of a guardian, guiding u in what is right and wrong and when you read the Bible, it is He who will guide u in what is true and false.

But there is no need for us to worry about things like that, i mean, look how great God is, He will not let his children be influenced by things that are false. Trust in God, and no harm will come to u.

Since the bible is in now way inspired by God, the men were either deliberately lieing or innocently adding their imagination to the story.

The Catholic church is mainly responsible for the bible we have today.

The same Spirit that inspired those writers resides within those who have accepted who Jesus is and what He has done. The Spirit testifies to our spirit the truth, not only of Christ and our living God, but also of the words that are written in the Bible. They are spiritually discerned, which is why the translations, differences in interpetation, and apparent contridictions are not an issue.

that is where your faith comes in. if you have questions about something i suggest you ask the lord for guidance. the bible has been "revised" so many times it is ridiculous. also keep in mind that it was written thousands of years ago what do you believe god would want you to do??? again i would just pray for guidance

Because, God told these Bronze age tribesman. My proof--God told Pat Robertson to run for president in 1988. ( I don't think senile Pat would grasp the concept of separation of church and state.)

I see your point. God only speaks to lamp post scratchers. We shouldn't be looking to the insane for cues.

Truth always reveals itself over time. Their works endure forever, because these Words were not inspired by men, but by God Himself.

God is Truth.
