Now I need someone to translate it into Spanish, and yes, I've tried all the dictionaries on the net.

This is really interesting! My Spanish speaking friend is with me right now and says. ' empatia - no se!'

Try looking up empathy in a thesaurus, finding a synonym and then translating those into spanish perhaps?

Just had a look on dictionary.com (the thesaurus section) and it's saying comprehension, insight, responsiveness, along with others but I don't know how accurate the website is I'm afraid.

Easy - it's the same - empatía. The 'tilde' over the 'i' means that's the accented vowel - pronounced 'em-pa-TEE-a' for English-speaking people.

Try 'empatía'. That's the same in portuguese.
