TRY some home cooking, try things that are hardy and very taste. DO not go all veggie but do not go all sweets either. there are great recipes on line that are FREE try some I am sure that with some thing will strike you as taste. remember to watch the salt intake. and be weary of fast foods that are frozen and not all that healthy. I hope you can do the best you can and eat healthier. Oh peanut butter sandwiches are really fast and great for you not to mention the protein is high you can get it fresh ground which has NO additives that is the best kind

You might try to remember what you ate and loved very much to eat when you were little. Did your mama or your grandma, or your aunt, serve good food to you that you would very much love to eat again? So, find out about it, and do eat that good food of those young years of yours, even if you may have to prepare that food by yourself.

There are innumerable possibilities of "protein bombs" in case you would love to become fat, but a possibility that I feel may be good for you, and may give you muscles instead of heavy fat, is to try to reduce your amount of work and of thinking, and then, after finishing work, try to eat some food that you always loved to eat and then, having finished eating, take always a rest, kind of siesta as the Spanish say. If you eat good plentiful food in your evenings you may even be gratified with adventurous nights in your bed, with memorable dreams and reveries. Good luck!

B Complex and Protein. Try Nutrilite Natural B Complex because it increases your appetite and your body's effectiveness in using nutrients and oxygen (means improved stamina) and Nutrilite Protein Powder (building blocks for your muscles)--both exclusively available through Quixtar.com

STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD AND SWEETS! Yes, they help you put up weight but not the way you want it to be.

Eat 6x a day: breakfast, morning tea (fruit+yoghurt or muesli bar), lunch, afternoon tea(fruit+yoghurt or muesli bar), dinner, and a snack before bed.

Take 6 servings of COMPLEX carbohydrates per day. By that I mean avoid white starch (white flour, white rice, white bread, cakes, doughnuts, pasta made from refined flour, white sugar, packaged food etc) and stick to wholegrain products or unrefined sweeteners (i.e raw sugar and honey...even so use sparingly).

Consume 3 servings of protein each day, especially from fish, milk, eggs and white meat.

Eat fruits and vegetables IN ABUNDANCE. 4-5 servings of each per day would be ideal.

Exercise: get a personal trainer to show you how you can use weight training to help you gain weight and shape up the perfect muscles.

Eat heavy food thats harder to digest such as carbs, beaf, and pork. Heavy food is harder to break down so instead of all of it being digested and broke down the excess will then turn to fat and youll put some weight on. also drink milk. Milk is good for you but drinking alot of milk will make you gain weight. Older people lose alot of weight and its not good for them so the doctor reccommends buttermilk to put some weight back on. Also small people tend to have alot of energy after eating. If you can eat a meal and go straight to bed, or do something like watch t.v. without using a bunch of extra energy itll help you put on pounds too. The key is as your gaining this weight you want to tone it

Take milk creams, curds and sweets in large quantity in your food. Have sleep in the Afternoon . When your body requires sleep, go to sleep without any hesitation. Take plantain fruits regularly. Have some what heavy exercises in morning and evening. Be cautious in the increase. To me briskness will do and the increasing weight is waste as it will be very difficult to reduce the increased weight.
