Rehydrate. A lot of people are fast to take tylenol or something for a headache one of themain cause of headaache is dehydration even if you think you drink plaenty of liquids. My advice is get exceused to go to the bathroom and get a good old fashioned dose of water. Remember alot of people say 8 glasses a day and it really should be half your weight in onces so if you weigh a hundred punds you should try to get 50 ounces of water a day so 8 glasses a day would be fine. If a person weighs 200lbs they need 100 ounces of water a day this way the 8 glasses of water would not be enough unless of course if is more than an eight ounce glass.
GO TO THE WATER FOUNTAIN AND DRINK. I HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER! QUICK

Take some over the counter prescription pain reliever with a caffeinated beverage. If you are nursing a hangover, stay away from Tylenol because it is hard on the liver. Any NSAID (Ibuprofen, Aleve, etc) should be taken with food as it is hard on the stomach lining. Caffeine helps constrict blood vessels in the brain which causes headaches. Also drink a lot of water as headaches are sometimes caused by dehydration.
