Wear ankleweights continually for at least a month. Go with 10-20lbs ones. It takes getting used to. Go up steps instead of using an elevator and make sure u walk or run if you're up to it at least 1-2 miles/day.

Start by standing normally and raise yourself up on the balls of your feet.

Do this in sets of 10
When you are used to it, do the same thing holding weight in your hands

calf raises will do it if you want bigger calves.

many people think calf raises slim down calves but they have the exact opposite effect.
