Do you want to encrypt all or part of the drive? Do you just want to encrypt a few files in a self extracting archive?

if you want to do it properly then use ntfs permissions. no need for other software, it is all built into windows.
if that is too difficult then like the person above said, a 3rd party tool will do it for you.
