Doesn't the ages only matter if they're sleeping together? I've never heard anyone, no matter the ages or location, say that it's illegal just to be together (without sex). Although it isn't always right, it's not illegal so I guess it it?

not to my knowledge. On the safe side, no, it is not legal. Besides, the 21 male should know better. If you are the 15 year old female, nothing against you personally. Just there's a maturity factor and a manipulation factor and intelligence factor that the 21 year old male should consider.

The whole, "love knows no age" is bullshit. It's an excuse made by pedophiles to justify their inappropriote relationship.

Legal to date, yes legal to have a sexual relationship with, no! Not to mention what would a 21yr old man want to do with a 15yr old girl besides use her? I'm not sure if you are a part of this relationship or not but if so then you should walk away. Its not healthy for either of you to be with someone with such a difference in age. And I dont buy the I'm mature for my age thing, because if you were you would realize this is not a good situation. Back to your question though, three years is the legal limit.

First of all, if you say "years" instead of year, then you shouldnt be dating in the first place.

A 21 year old man who dates a 15 year old is considered a pedophile. Whether it is legal or not (which I am 100% sure it isn't) its still wrong, and you should reconsider dating him cuz hes probably a loser who can't get anyone his own age.

Honestly, he really should try to find someone closer to his age. That would make me question why females his age won't date him. Having said that I believe the legal age of consent in Canada is 14, it is in British Columbia anyway and I think that's the legal age in Quebec too....way too young in my opinion but no one asked me when they decided what the age should be.

no.

the only province that comes close
is quebec.

16 is considered an age where you can
get birthcontrol without your parents concent

16 is also concidered the age to decide for yourself
about sex.

but if boy is 21 and girl 16,and ther is trouble
and girl says she was raped.
then boy 21 in goin to jail.

so it might seem right at the time

but,it is still not really legal.

not due to girls age but due to boys age
