Theres been two girls whos recently started who are overly flirty and hog all the guys attentions. How do i flirt with the guys to get the same response

smile at them..play with ur hair..show a bit of cleavage and leg and giggle...look pretty.

Flirting is an art and it seems that you've confused them being "overly flirty" with them just being plain old skanky. Flirting peaks in getting ur point across in the most subtle, seductive way possible. That being said, eye contact is key. Not staring, but a sultry gaze that may only last a few seconds, but will succeed in driving him looney! Compliment on the details he spends time on everyday, like his hair or the way his clothes are put together.....even how clean his shoes are......anything to let him know that u noticed him. Flirting can even boil down to the tone of voice u use when speaking to him. Trust, if he's worth talkin to, he's noticed that those girls flirt with everybody and sees them as nothing more than the generic type of girl that any guy can get. Show him ur different. (And one more tip, when you're talkin to him.....btw sentences... make sure to lick ur lips a few times.... but not too much, just enough to draw attention to that area)

Confidence, good posture, look sophisticated, smooth and slow. Be playful but not too inviting (subtleness is key). Do not confuse your target of your intentions. Smirk/smile (whatever you do, do not under any circumsatnce hide your smile and tilt your head down, it will annoy guys). Plenty of eye contact.
If you are feeling a bit adventurous, try licking a bit of your lip on rare occassions ( I would like it when you are about to leave and you look back at me, perfect situation to do it in), but make sure you are looking straight into your target's eyes and your head should be at a subtle but tilted angle.

The response to flirts isn't always out of attraction. It's sometimes a response to the convenience that's being advertised.

well basically just be yourself- none of that manic high pitched laughing saying "Oh Brad, you're soooooooo funny". Try and get talking to them about something you're actually interested in, maybe be bold and ask them to join you for a coffee, If all else fails I guess you could join the cheer leading squad!?!

Depends - us guys our very visual (to put it one way) so wearing clothes that emphasise your attributes (to put it one way :-)) always works. Also if your always smiling when talking to a guy he's more likely to start flirting because he can tell you more open to it from you body language.
