I lost some weight and I'm at a stand still point.I having problems taking these last 10 ponds off....Any real suggestions!!!!

Unfortunately, the best way may not be the quickest way. If you started overweight, and then you went on a diet, you will lose weight until you reach a plateau, which in your case is your current weight.

You will now have to "count calories" if you want to ensure you reach your goal. You want to lose just one pound a week. Anything more may be unhealthy, or just water. And in this case, the quickest way to lose your last 10 pounds is ten weeks, or 3500 calories a week.

If you are on a 2000 calorie a day diet, you may eat less (which is really hard and definitely unhealthy) or you may add exercise to take out those extra 500 calories. If you are already exercising, you should add more to that, like an extra half hour.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Do some sort of body cleanse .. They're not always healthy but you will loose the weight .. my sister is a swim suit model and she does them all the time.
Get a good protien shake .. low carb , calorie. and sugar, some dietary suppliments, and a good meal replacement drink .. low carb low sugar and calories
Her cleanse is 6 days
For the first 3 days you will drink no more or less than 64 oz of water a day
Everymornig you will take a multi vitamin, a suppliment, and chase it with 2 teasppons uniodized sea salt and 16 oz of warm water
workout before breakfast
then have breakfast : protien drink
2 hours later have lunch
drink 8 oz of water before you eat
Lunch is a cup of green veggies . 1 tablespoon raw nuts or seeds, 1 cooked brown rice or oatmeal ..
drink 8 oz water after lunch
PM snack: 1 cup raw green veggies, 4 0z fruit juice no sugar added, 1 tablespoon raw nuts or veggies

know the nutritional value of your foods and don't eat too much of the same thing i.e both mac n cheese and chicken are complete proteins; you only need one of these at dinner with a potato and some geen beans and bread.

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more
