The best source that I've found is Fiber One Cereal. You are supposed to have about 27 grams of fiber per day. Supplements like Medamucil only have 3 grams per serving. Fiber One has 14 grams per serving. (1/2 cup). I like to keep a baggie in my desk drawer and munch on it all day for a snack. Just be warned... the taste is not so great.

There is a cereal that I eat for breakfast every morning called Fiber One, and it has 50% of your daily fiber needs in one bowl. It actually doesn't taste like cardboard.I also put it in yogurt and on top of salads instead of croutons. The only downside is that they look like food that you feed to hamsters and rabbits. Heehee.

one of the best sources of dietary fibre is rice-bran, but it tastes rather bad. Another excellent source is oat-bran. It can be prepared as a cereal or made into muffins and loaf cakes or incorporated in your daily food consumption as a additive.

The Kashi TLC bars are great, high in fiber and no artificial ingredients. They look and smell really bad, but they taste pretty good actually! Just don't smell 'em! :)
