Is there a specific event that would draw you to a mall (other than shopping)? For example: job fair, bridal show, car show, celebrity appearance, etc. Is there an event that you would like to see at your local mall?

why not offer a scholarship so you can entice young adults to come to the mall and enter to win a partial or full scholarship. i am not sure how much your budget entails but you would be able to advertise the event on the radio, local high schools, community colleges and probably myspace.com
