Ok, If the baby was only deaf, then yes, it would make noises when it cried. But being a mute as well, then no. Being mute is a condition concerning the Larynx aka the voice box, aka the vocal chords. And to the person who was so incredibly rude in her response, chill. Did you ever take into consideration that the questioning party may also be deaf? The deaf spell words the way they think they sound. If you have nothing better to do then be rude and indignant in your responses, then find another hobby. Ok? I hope this helps!

Yes, they still have vocal cords so they still make noise. Next time you cry, try to do it without making any noise. Whether you are deaf, mute, or whatever you still make noise when you are a baby. For example, all kittens are born deaf and blind but they still make noise. (obviously they don't stay that way) It's natural to do so so the mothers will know that their babies need them. Mute people still make noise, they just can't talk.

Your spelling is atrocious and so is your question! Mute means they can not speak. Deaf means they can not hear!

Figure it out Einstein!

Sorry to say this, but this question actually offended me! Just because someone is deaf doesn't mean they can't make vocal noise.
