It will be fine. Read the instructions, if it was supposed to be cooked from frozen, reduce the cooking time slightly or it could burn. Always make sure food is piping hot before eating.

That is how you are supposed to defrost it. How long does it say it takes to defrost on the packet, if it is a microwave meal it will have instructions with it.
If not ensure it is properly defrosted before microwaving and then it is piping hot throught after microwaving.

I normally wouldn't say it's OK, but it took the frozen meal at least 2 hours to thaw, and then it sat 4 hours in the temperature danger zone. So cook it right now and it will be fine.

I'd question the chicken but since it started frozen it should be fine. Really you should start over though, always defrost in refrigerator or under cold running water(you can also fill sink up and immerse but I like the running water better.

i left mine out for a few hours in the sink and then cooked it, it turned out fine and nothing was wrong with it. i think it would be safe.

I would throw it out just because it's what I would do but you're probably safe since the chicken in there is probably already cooked.

It is fine. It was sealed until you were ready to cook it. It had been processed to kill germs before it was sold.
