Why does she act so slutty? It is soo embarassing when we go out in public. She has to be center of attentionat all times. Dancing on chairs and hooking up with everyone.

she does this because her self esteem is very low. so she needs constant assurance that people like her. Of course this is the wrong way to go about it, she gets attention, not respect.

Of course you get attention when you're with her, because people are wondering if you're like she is too. There's a saying...show me your friends and i'll show you who you are! Maybe your cousin has low self-esteem, or feels she needs a man to make her feel better, but being a "hoe" isn't cute. Is she at least using condoms? And if you don't want her reputation, start partying with someone else!!!
