I got called for Jury Duty in my new state where I live now, and I have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in the state where I used to live. Will this come up in jury duty?

Nope, but I'd get it taken care of, why let that follow you every where...it's a misdemeanor, it would be different if it where a felony, but I would try to get the issue resolved so it's not bothering you.

Probably not...the attorneys involved in whatever case you get called for will do a quick background check, but due to the cost will most likely only run it for the state where you live now. However, when you fill out the jury qualification form, make sure you put it on there or you may be charged with perjury, assuming they find out. Most of those forms contain a statement to the effect that you're completing the questionaire under oath.
